The North Carolina Work-Based Learning Association (NCWBLA) provides an organization for all North Carolina Institutions of higher education, employers, and individuals interested in Work-Based Learning.
NCWBLA (formally NCCEA), founded in 1974, meets annually and allows membership for business, industry, government, high schools, colleges, universities, and other organizations.
